Dont worry bro nobody’s stealing your “swing settings” lol swing is

@djhellfire1 yeah I only messed with 16 bars of the sample for the video,
but in real life I’m gonna go back and turn it into saga type track with
proper timing and slices for sure, lol I cant even name the sample cause
its written in Japanese
LOL
sounds great but why are you making a secret out of the most ? for example
how you set your swing. why aren’t you telling us ?
why dont you play the sample when you fuck with the kicks an snares an shit?
u use reason to mix your tacks down
@CivilIllEnt thanks bro, hit me up for sure

@chasezdad what part of cinci you in?
Thanks for being that dude that tells cats don’t ask for samples, force
these cats to go and dig and find or just do it themselves, finally someone
that understands man. Hey and please keep showing how because the up and
coming producer needs all the help they can get so forget the those who
tell you not to man, many people out there appreciate what your doing.
Don’t ask that’s funny
“Dont ask me where I got the sample from!” – Arkyve LOL! Thats what Im
talkin bout. Us REAL Beatsmiths dont give away samples on Youtube. A lot of
LAZY Producers out these days ASKING folks “Whats that sample?” or “Whats
that record?” BUMP that…DIG FOR YOURSELF! Big up to you Ark for keeping
the real in full effect. Peace! – Logikbomb (DC Producer)
@arkyve-colerain sir
haha “4 minutes”
What are you using on your voice?
@soulgroove1975 true!
sounds like you have a meatball in you’re throat
Great video my dude. Thanks again!!! The MPC4000 is not to be outdone by
any other MPC Version. Point Blank PERIOD!!!!
The learning process continues. seems like I will still need a sequencer in
order to have something like a MPC4000. Hey Quack, do you know if the Akai
ASQ10 sequencer is the same sequencer in the 4000, 3000, 2000 and 60? This
video makes me think the asq10 can’t be too similar because it doesn’t have
q-links. Please advise.
I was debating on the 2500 or the 4000, and you help me seal the deal. With
the 2500 you have direct record, is their a work around with the 4000. The
sequencer q-link is just what I thought, pure hairun. Hit me back.
good shot my brother! this is so usefull!!!
Wow, excellent video man! I was planning on going for a z8 with an mpd32
because i dont need a sequencer, i do all that in cubase. But after seeing
your vids im really impressed with the mpc4k, and i read that its almost
identical to the z-series. Does q link sequence feature on the z-series
also? And my main question is.. Can you transfer q link sequence data to a
midi track within your daw? and how would this work? Any advice would be
massively appreciated, Thanks!!
This is a great video. I bought an Octatrack and sold it. I now have a Z4
($250 maxed out) I now wantto get the mpd26 or 32. I figure then its like
having a MPC4000.
yup
I haven’t had a ASQ-10 but it says it the same as the MPC60. The 3K 4K 2K
and 60 all have different sequencers akai should have all the manuals on
their site to take a peek. Snolan1990 one of my favs on YT has a ASQ-10 you
should check with him as well.
There’s no qlink sequence on the Z8. The 4000 has Z inside but the os is
more updated. In one of the menus you actually route the 4000 to the z
sampler. You can record qlink seq in your daw, you play the seq and it will
record the cc’s in the daw.
Ah wicked, thanks man.
@CivilIllEnt thx hope more people put up tips to keep this old beast alive.
lol
Very very interesting demo of features. Makes a great change from seeing
hip hop demos.
Dope! Thx
Great work pq!
keep it up
